Thompson Denver by Hyatt

Walking distance to Denver Union Station, featuring 224 rooms and 8,000 square feet of meeting space.

— Opened February 2022 | 1600 Market St

Slate Hotel

A 251-room hotel with 4,085 square feet of meeting space, as well as an on-site restaurant, retail space and an activation alley, all located across the street from the Colorado Convention Center.

— Opened May 2022 | 1250 Welton St

Vīb Hotel By Best Western Denver Rino

A 140-room property with 2,000 square feet of conference space, as well as a rooftop bar.

Aloft Denver Downtown

Following a three-year closure, the fully renovated, 140-room hotel will reopen in the convention corridor.

Cambria Hotel Denver Downtown RiNo

153-room hotel in Denver’s River North (RiNo) Arts District.

Limelight Hotel

Formerly the Hotel Born, a 200-room rebranded hotel adjacent to Denver Union Station with 14,000 square feet of meeting space and the popular Citizen Rail restaurant.

Populus at Civic Center Park (Urban Village & Studio Group)

265-room, 13-story hotel with event space/ballroom, multiple food and beverage venues, as well as a rooftop deck and bar. This will be the first carbon positive hotel in the country.
